Supervision

Supervision can also be carried out in group format: Group with Supervisor and Peer Group.

Group with Supervisor

Two or more GP psychotherapists together receive supervision from a paid supervisor, within a group structure and process. The supervision fee is shared among members of the group. This model of supervision is particularly advantageous for beginner therapists: it allows them not only to receive supervision from a trained supervisor, but also to witness more experienced colleagues having success or struggling with a psychotherapy case.

If you are a member of the GPPA and are looking to join a supervision group with supervisor, you may contact any of the following groups directly.

Peer Group

Two or more GP psychotherapists discuss cases and receive input from each other. Peer supervision is useful for more experienced therapists who, because they are able to provide support to each other, may not require the level of support, guidance and teaching that having a supervisor affords.

If you are a member of the GPPA and are looking to join a peer supervision group, you may contact any of the following groups directly:M
